Sophie has a BA in English Literature and an MA in English Literary Studies from the University of Exeter, specialising in Critical Theory and Medical Humanities during her studies.

Having worked across a variety of specialist sectors (change and transformation, digital innovation, pharmacology and medical communications), she provides an attentive and welcoming introduction to our search and recruitment services.

Beginning her career as a Client Partner, Sophie enjoys working closely with our clients to understand the finer details of their sourcing-needs. Her creative approach to candidate sourcing offers a different perspective and channel of communication with prospective candidates.

As a result of her interest in medical humanities, Sophie’s mix of creativity and recruitment experience see her divide her time between the creative production of marketing materials, copy/editing work and articles with talent resourcing through executive search in healthcare communications.
