Elaine has a BSc and MSc degree. Her career for over 18 years concentrated on contract and account management including managing 120 staff. Elaine was responsible for all aspects of staff development and excelled in employee engagement, investing time in the career progression of her employees.

It then became a smooth transition for her to move in to executive search and recruitment and use her attention to detail and drive to help people achieve their career objectives. Joining the team in January 2018, Elaine’s understanding of business challenges and account management is key to retaining clients and attracting top candidates.

Her role within CM Consulting includes marketing, social media and overseeing all systems and operations.
